Where we ship We currently ship within the United States.
Processing time Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays go out the next business day.
Rates and delivery
- Standard shipping — $5.95, arrives in 3–5 business days
- Free standard shipping on orders over $35
- Express shipping — $15.00, arrives in 1–2 business days
Delivery estimates are from the day your order ships, not the day you place it, and carrier delays are outside our control.
Tracking You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. If it hasn't arrived and tracking has gone quiet for more than 7 days, email us — we'll sort it out.
Lost or damaged in transit If your order is lost or arrives damaged, email with your order number and a photo. See our Refund policy for how we handle replacements.
