We want the books to be loved. If something isn't right, tell us.
Returns You can return an unused item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Email with your order number and we'll walk you through it.
Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing — in those cases we cover it.
Damaged or defective items We stand behind what we make. If a book arrives damaged or something isn't right, email within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo — we'll take care of you.
Please reach out before leaving a review. We're a small family business and we'd much rather fix it.
Refunds Once your return arrives we'll inspect it and email you either way. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer it can take a few days after that to appear.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is our error.
Exchanges The fastest way to swap a title is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Questions We're a small family business, so a real person reads every message — usually within a day or two.
